The On The Go Toner and Upper Body Toner™ are arm-mounted resistance training devices that add muscle-building resistance to your natural movements. They, along with the Bat-Wings Buster allow you to train anytime, anywhere — whether you’re sitting, standing, walking, or even playing sports.

❓ How do I put it on?

Slide your hand through the arm band. Position the cuff about 1 inch above the elbow with the yellow dot under your arm. Secure the Velcro strap over the resistance loop and stretch the handle into your hand. Done in seconds — and you’re ready to train.

❓ What types of exercises can I do?

• Sitting: Presses, torso rotations

• Standing: Overhead presses, forward swings, sport-like motions

• Walking/Jogging/Running: Pump arms against resistance for a total-body workout

• Sports: Enhance strokes and swings in tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and boxing
