HOW IT WORKS:

1. Fit & Secure

  • Slide your hand through the arm cuff, metal connector end first.
  • Position the cuff about 1 inch above your elbow, with the yellow dot under your arm.
  • Secure the Velcro strap snugly over the resistance loop.
  • Stretch the handle into your hand — you’re ready.

2. Move Naturally

  • Sitting → Press forward or rotate your torso while watching TV or working at your desk.
  • Standing → Perform overhead presses, forward swings, or sport-like strokes.
