Tummy Toner™ — Device-Assisted Sit Ups (You Control the Help)
Meet the smarter way to build your core. The Flextek Bands Tummy Toner™ is a simple, door-anchored device that lets you perform device-assisted sit ups with as much or as little help as you need—and you can adjust that help in real time during every rep.
If you currently can’t do a single sit up, Tummy Toner helps you start safely. If you can do a few, it helps you do more. And as you get stronger, you simply use less assistance—until you’re cranking out clean reps on your own.
Why it works
- Adjustable assistance, instantly — pull harder for more help, pull lighter for less
- Progress-friendly — go from 0 sit ups to many by gradually reducing assistance
- Core engagement without the frustration — keep moving, keep improving
- Low-impact support — smooth, controlled reps at your pace
- Door anchor setup — no gym, no bulky machines
How to set it up
- Anchor it to a doorknob (close the door fully for stability).
- Use the loop-tightening handle to cinch the device securely around the knob.
- Lie back on a mat, hold the handles, and begin your assisted sit ups.
How to use (the “you decide” method)
- More help: pull more with your arms to assist yourself up.
- Less help: pull less and let your core do more of the work.
- Hardest reps: use a little more help at the end of the set to finish strong.
Quick start: Try 2–4 sets of 6–15 reps. Move slowly, pause at the top, and lower with control for maximum ab engagement.

- Building sit-up strength from scratch
